Q: What software products do you support?

A: Proplerly prepared-Adobe Acrobat PDF files are the very best and most reliable way to deliever your digital documents to us. We also support most popular publishing applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .

Q: Can you finish my materials?

A: YES! We offer custom trimming, 3 hole punching, folding, stapling, booklet making. If you have a special need, just call us and we will tailor a solution to meet your needs.

Q: What is your average turnaround time?

A: The average turnaround time for print job requests are less then 48 hours. The turnaround time may increase or decrease depending on the quanity and/or size of the job.

Q: By what different methods do you accept files?

We can accept electronic orders in their native format via CD-ROM , E-mail or FTP .

Q: Is it better to send files by e-mail or disk?

A: Sending files via disk is preferable, especially for larger files. We have a 20 Mb size limit on e-mails. Files larger then 20 Mb will have to be mailed or put on our customer FTP .

Q: How long does it take for you to recieve my e-mail?

A: It may take anywhere from 2 minutes to a few hours.

Q: Once you recieve my files, how long does it take before you look at it and contact me if there is a problem?

A: Once your file arrives, it is our goal to get your order printed within 48 hours.

Q: Once you recieve my file, how long does it take to go into production?

A: Once your file arrives, it is our goal to get your order printed and shipped within 24 hours. We only ship Monday through Friday.

Q: Why do I need to send my fonts? (does not apply to PDF files)

A: This is the number one item that can stop the success of your file output and making your deadlines. Sometimes we can have different versions of the same fonts. We can not substitute fonts or try to change your file without your permission. In other words, your job has to wait until we can get in touch with you and obtain the missing font(s).

Q: What is the difference between "color copies and digital color prints"?

A: Color copies are made by placing your original artwork on a glass, scanning the image, and then printing to the copier. Digital color prints are sent directly from the file created in a desktop publishing program to the printer, yielding a much higher resolution.
